This is a simple semi vanilla survival server that I found and it feels pretty chill. The owner is running it with no plugins so it is really close to normal Minecraft.
Right now they only use tpa and they might add set home and spawn later. It seems like they just want a basic survival world with some small quality of life commands.

It stays online all the time and it lets you join on Java versions from 1.7.2 up to 1.21.11. They say 1.21.10 is the best to use so you do not run into problems.
The world is huge with a 2 million block border and it does not do map resets. There is no teleporting and no pay to win. PvP and griefing are allowed so it can get messy fast.
The only command they allow that is not vanilla is spawn so people far away can get back to civilization. Nether roof is allowed phantoms are removed and only half the players are needed to skip the night.
