This is a small SMP that just started a new world a few days ago. There are only around ten people on at the busiest times so it feels pretty chill and not crowded.
Everyone is just getting to know each other and the vibe is super relaxed and respectful. It feels easy to talk to people and just play and do your own thing without drama.
The server is planning a nether hub and a shopping district later when the world is more built up. They also want to do community events together in the future.
It is for adults only and both bedrock and java players can join so more people can play together in the same world.

Davidscloud is a survival server that is part of a bigger gaming community. It has been around since the old 1.7.10 days and it is meant to stay online for a long time. The vibe is chill and it is not pay to win so you can just play without worrying about people buying power.
The main thing on this server is protection. When you join you get blocks you can claim for your base and the claim grows while you play. Nobody else can break or place inside your claim except people you trust. Your pets are protected too. If something weird happens the admin team will check it out and help.
There are some simple quality of life features that make survival a bit easier. There is a bank system that gives interest every hour you are online. You can save up money and then spend it at the market near the survival spawn. The market has merchants that sell things like fish potions wood and other small items.
The server is not just one world. There is the normal survival world and there is also an amplified world that uses the caves and cliffs style terrain. You can talk to an NPC called Zedmun at survival spawn to get to that world. They are also working on an event world and a creative plot world so there will be more places to explore and build.

This is a small semi vanilla SMP called WhimsyWillow. It has a really cozy vibe and the people are pretty chill.
The world is still pretty fresh so there is a lot to explore. The border keeps expanding so new terrain keeps showing up. There are over 100 biomes so you can find tons of cool places for bases and adventures.
The server has optional origins so you can pick one if you want extra fun. If you do not want to use origins you can still just play normal survival.
There are rules against griefing and a few other rules so the server feels like a safe place. You can build and mess around without worrying that everything will get ruined.
To join you have to apply through their discord with a short application and you really should read it carefully. They are always looking for new members and they keep adding more content to make the server more fun.

Foggy Willows is a server for people who really want normal Minecraft with no extra stuff. It runs on the regular vanilla jar with no plugins and no datapacks so everything feels like singleplayer but with other people around.
There is no giant spawn full of signs and rules. You just join and start playing. Players are expected to figure out their own problems and deal with each other on their own. You can build how you want and play how you want. Technical players are welcome too.
The server is always on the latest stable vanilla version. It is self hosted on a machine that was built just for running the server. There are no donations at all and there is no world border.
There is no teleport and no sethome. It is hard mode so mobs are dangerous and survival actually matters. There is also a discord for the community.

Ordinary SMP is a vanilla Java survival world that feels like a small Minecraft town where everyone knows each other. It is whitelisted so people who join actually want to play and respect other players.
The server is always updated to the latest version so right now it is on 1.21.10. It has a grief protection setup that lets staff check what happened if something gets broken or stolen so builds feel safe.
Players here like doing community projects and big builds. There are server wide events like pvp fights build contests and big group projects so there is usually something going on if you want to join in.
