I found a semi anarchy survival server that started on October 11th 2024 and it is hosted in New York City in the USA.
It is meant to feel like real Vanilla Minecraft with very few changes. PvP and griefing are allowed and there are no map resets. The world border is huge at 2 million blocks.
You can join on Java versions from 1.7.2 up to 1.21.11 and they recommend 1.21.10. The server stays online 24 7.
