I found this server called Anarchy Network and it is a semi anarchy Minecraft world that tries to feel like pure vanilla. It launched on October 11th 2024 and runs all the time.
You can join on Java versions from 1.7.2 up to 1.21.10 and they say 1.21.10 is best so stuff does not break. The world border is massive and goes out to 2 million blocks so there is tons of space to run and hide.
There are no map resets and no teleport commands so you actually have to travel. There is no pay to win and griefing and pvp are totally allowed so bases are never really safe. The only special command is spawn so people way out can get back to other players. Nether roof travel is allowed and phantoms are turned off and only half the server has to sleep to skip the night.
