I found this server called 99b99t and it is a new Minecraft anarchy world. There are no rules and no limits so players can basically do whatever they want. It feels like pure chaos mixed with hard survival.
The server runs on version 1.21.8 and it is always online. The difficulty is set to hard so mobs and everything else hit way harder. It is not really a friendly survival place. It is more like survive if you can.
They only use a few plugins. Player heads drop when you die and there are some basic essential commands. Other than that it feels really close to vanilla so players shape the server by building or griefing or fighting.
