This is a custom SMP that feels kind of like lifesteal but more forgiving and honestly pretty cool.
The whole server is built around a special item called essence. You can not craft it at all. You only get essence by killing other players or by harvesting their dead bodies. So PVP actually matters a lot here.
When you collect enough essence you unlock strong abilities. You can get stuff like more speed more strength fire resistance and even extra hearts. So the more you risk and fight the stronger your character can become.
If you lose too much essence it is not game over but it does hurt. Dying a lot gives you debuffs like weakness and slowness. So you want to play smart and not just jump into every fight without thinking.
The server is made for Minecraft Java 1.21.11 and uses a fully custom plugin. It is whitelist only so you need to send a short application first. It is mostly aimed at content creators but normal players can still get in because they want more people for launch.
From what I can tell the vibe is competitive but still more chill than normal lifesteal. You can fight and hunt each other but you are not instantly ruined forever if you die.

GlowSMP is a new Vanilla plus survival server where people go to build grind or just chill. It is made for players who want normal Minecraft but with extra helpful stuff.
The server has claims so you do not need to worry about griefing. It has quality of life things like better harvesting chest sorting voice chat and a world map so it feels smoother to play.
There are a bunch of new fish you can catch and sell for money and there is a leaderboard for the best fisher. There are also 11 special enchantment books that help with building or gathering like breaking a whole tree at once or mining faster.
Jobs work different here because you do every job at the same time. You get experience and money for most actions and there is a clean leaderboard so you can see who is grinding what the most.
One of the coolest parts is a big storage network system. You can set up a terminal in your base and link chests into it so you can search and store items way easier kind of like modded storage.
The server is fully free to play. Everything can be earned by playing and vote ranks give you keys commands and more. There is a shop if you want to support but you are not forced to pay.
Overall it feels like a chill survival server that keeps Minecraft close to vanilla but makes it less annoying and more fun for long term players.

This is a survival server that feels a lot like Hermitcraft and it is run by the players who play on it. The community is very active and there are usually a bunch of people online every day.
The server uses a diamond based economy with a big shopping district where players trade and build shops. There are public builds and big projects that anyone can help with which makes the world feel really connected.
Most people here use proximity chat so talking to others feels natural when you walk near them in game. There are homes and some cosmetic and quality of life plugins and new stuff usually gets added based on community polls.
The goal of the server is to stay close to vanilla Minecraft but also let the community vote on changes when it makes the game more fun. It is Java only and it is whitelisted and it is for players who are 18 or older.

Pixel Springs is a cozy modded SMP where the world is meant to last a long time and not reset all the time. It is made for builders collectors and people who like to play chill and slow.
The server is full of building mods and decoration stuff so builders can really go crazy making towns bases and markets. There are also tons of farming and cooking mods so you can grow crops cook meals and earn in game currency for finishing meals.
If you like collecting things there is a custom FTB Quests system that helps you hunt down different items and gives you goals to work on. There are also magic mods like Botania Hexerei Mystical Agriculture and Ars Noveau plus a bunch of animal and creature mods so the world feels really alive.
The server has its own currency. You can earn coins from quests and daily rewards and then build a shop in the shopping district to trade with other players. There is also a separate resource world that resets sometimes so you can gather materials without messing up the main world.
The community is small friendly and still growing since the server is only a few months old. The admin team is active and keeps the server backed up and running smooth. This is a Minecraft PvP event that runs for 48 hours and the goal is really simple. Be the last person alive while the world gets more and more dangerous.
The event is only in the overworld. The Nether is off and the End is off. There is no end crystal meta and diamond is the highest level of gear you can use. So the fights feel more like normal vanilla combat but with way more pressure.
The world border keeps shrinking over time so players are forced into encounters. There are also limited strong items that everyone fights over in announced events. You can make temporary alliances if you want but only one solo player can actually win in the end.
The first run is free to enter and it is mainly a test to see if controlled progression plus constant danger makes fights more interesting and decisions matter more.
