What is our purpose? To create a community that can Build together, Banter with each other, & explore Beyond Minecrafts normal limits. With the goal of hopefully never resetting the world, instead, once we feel bored or want a change, we will move the spawn point far away. This gives people the chance to reset themselves by leaving their past gear, ores, etc. in their last area. If or when the spawn gets moved, people do not need to reset themselves; they can freely use their old base or bring stuff with them to the new area.

I plan to always bring in new people to the server so there’s always an active playerbase, with new friends being made!

Whats different? No Natural Health Regen. What does this mean? When you take damage, no matter how full your hunger is, it won’t regenerate your lost hearts that that pesky skeleton took from you. How can you regenerate your health? Fairly simple: when you spawn, you’ll be given two golden apples to start with. Use them wisely, as they will bring your health back up. You can also use things such as potions, beacons, or crafting golden apples. Why this change? Too make the game feel more like a challenge, no matter how late you are.

Endermen greifing has been disabled. Creepers, and Ghasts still do their thing, though.

Single-player sleep is turned on to make sleeping through restless nights easier.

Rules:

18+

FreeCam is allowed to take screenshots or look at builds.(not to find spawners, strongholds, ect..)

Sand/Gravel/Gravel/Rail, or powdered concrete dupers are allowed.

Tnt Dupers are allowed.

Carpet dupers are allowed.

Mob switches are allowed. (MUST have an off switch.)

DO not dupe anything besides Sand/Gravel/Powdered Concrete/TNT and Carpet dupes for fuel.

No leaving floating tree’s at spawn.

Bases must be at least 700 blocks away from spawn.

If using a large amount of hoppers, they must be covered to decrease lag.

    I found this vanilla Minecraft server that is made for an 18+ community. It is meant to feel like normal Minecraft and you can just hop on and play with friends.

    It has land claims so your builds stay safe. It runs on Fabric so redstone and farms work the way they should.

    The server is hosted on a dedicated machine and it is built for ultra smooth gameplay. There is no pay to win stuff so it feels fair.

    Gregworks is a modded Minecraft server running a civilization event on 1.7.10. The vibe is semi anarchy and it sounds like things can get pretty chaotic.

    The main focus is GregTech so you will be building big tech progress and heavy factories. There is space travel with Galacticraft and GalaxySpace and there are more places to explore like Twilight Forest and Atum.

    Automation is a big deal here with mods like ProjectRed and BluePower and you can run your base with OpenComputers. There is also a lot of breeding and upgrades with Forestry Binnies and Gendustry.

    For fighting there are weapons and missile mods so players can go to war. The only real rule is no cheating or exploiting so it is wild but still meant to be fair.

    Hydra SMP Small Semi Private Survival

    Hydra SMP is a new survival SMP that is trying to stay small so it feels fun and not overwhelming. It starts with just a few people so you can actually get to know everyone and make friends.

    The server plans to become semi private once the member count gets to around 15. After that it sounds like they will slow down on letting new people in so the community stays tight.

    Rules exist but they are not super strict. Just make sure you know them before you play since breaking rules can lead to a ban.

    Over The Hill Gamers is a whitelisted SMP made for adults who have busy lives but still want to chill and build with friends. Most players are around 30 to 40 plus and the server is a 21 plus community.

    It is pure vanilla survival on hard difficulty. The vibe is peaceful with no PVP and no griefing so you can focus on mining and building.

    The world does not reset so you can take breaks and come back later and your builds and items will still be there. The server is US based and privately owned and it is meant to stay stable and lag free.

    They also keep the rules simple with no weird stuff and no land grants. It runs on Java 1.21.11.

    Fools Ambrosia: Lore-Driven Modded RP Server

    I found a small modded server called Fools Ambrosia and it is really big on roleplay and story. The whole world has this myth vibe with immortals and mortals and a long history of wars and fallen gods. Now there are only four gods left and they made something new which is you.

    The server says it is roleplay first and gameplay second. They do regular scheduled events for several timezones and some are casual and some are super lore heavy. They also say any character can become important in the story if you actually show up and take part.

    It runs on a lightweight NeoForge modpack with around 160 mods and they claim it can work on a potato. They also talk about having a custom made server backend and a friendly admin team that keeps putting in effort so the server lasts.

    Mods mentioned include Origins with 16 choices and Biomancy 2 if you want the weird flesh stuff. The big question is if players keep the peace or repeat the old wars for power.
