KrumbledMC is a Minecraft server made for adults only and they actually enforce the 18 plus rule. The community has been around for a long time and it aims to stay chill and drama free with strong rules and zero tolerance for toxic behavior.
It runs survival with a boosted vanilla feel and extra stuff like an economy and MCMMO. It also supports Java and Bedrock crossplay so more people can play together.
There are a bunch of different worlds so you can swap moods. There is an SMP world a mine world for blasting blocks a pure vanilla world plus SkyBlock and OneBlock. There is also a modern city build world a hardcore world with PVP and special bans and even a Horror Night world if you want something scary.

It is a small chill community with normal difficulty and a no drama vibe. There is no required playtime and most of the quality of life stuff can be toggled off if you like a more vanilla feel.
The server runs on Java 1.21.11 with a few QOL plugins. It has one player sleep plus skills and loot tweaks plus anti grief claims. There is a player run shopping district and a gaming island.

This is a Bedrock survival realm that is meant to last more than a few days. It stays close to vanilla and adds some quality of life stuff so it feels fresh without getting weird.
Players can build towns or make group bases or just live solo. There are NPC shops and player shops so trading feels safe. There is also a currency system where you can earn money from ores and quests then buy buffs or particle trails and it is optional if you do not want to deal with it.
Events happen too like build contests and Spleef tournaments so you get a break from normal survival. If you die your items are not just gone because a gravestone shows up with your loot and it tells you the coordinates. It can even end up in lava or over the void so you still have to work to get it back.

Mythvale is a worldbuilding survival server where players make the history. It is all about building towns and nations then dealing with politics trade and war. The world is custom made so it feels like a real place to explore and settle.
You can start small with a new town and claim land then grow into something bigger. Players can form alliances and make deals or start rivalries that turn into battles for territory. Wars between nations are part of the experience and it sounds like the map will change as people expand.
