Regnum is a medieval style PaperMC server where politics power and revenge shape everything. It is not a normal survival world. It is more like a feudal experiment where the strongest and smartest players make the rules.
Here the admins do not write the law. The players who get power do. People make alliances they betray each other and they go to war. Every action matters and the story of the server is built by the players.
One big feature is the system of Lords. To become a Lord you have to actually build a real medieval style castle or fortress in the overworld. It needs a throne room a lord bedroom a dungeon for prisons and a proper gate. The staff has to approve it so it is not just a tiny box.
When you become a Lord you gain special powers. You can protect the land around your stronghold using a lodestone so only you and the people you trust can build there. You can also make big automatic 5×5 gates using a special plugin but only Lords can build these. Being a Lord basically means you control your territory and how people live under your rule.
The whole server is about law and order created by players not by commands. It is a rough and serious world for people who like politics conflict and building their own kingdom.

Windless SMP is a hardcore server where if you die you get banned. It is made to feel like those unstable hardcore videos but here it is real and not scripted.
There are almost no rules except no cheating. No xray no fly hacks and no racism. If you cheat you get banned very fast. It is supposed to stay fair and fun for everyone.
The server has simple voice chat so you can talk while you play. It is hardcore so every move matters and people have to be careful.
There will be some custom weapons added later when the end opens. There are 10 total custom weapons and only one mace on the whole server. There are click villagers so you can pick them up and there is infinite trading so villagers will not restock.
PVP will be turned on after a couple of days so people can gear up first. The end will open when PVP is enabled so you have time to prepare and then things get crazy.

This server is called Best and it is trying to be a cool place to hang out.
I joined and it feels like the main point is the community. People talk and play together and just chill. It does not feel super serious or super strict. It is more like you join to make friends and mess around and have fun.
There is not a lot of extra info but it seems focused on players who just want a simple Minecraft server to join and see where it goes.

Louieland SMP Season 5 is a modded season based server that mixes factions and building in one world. It feels like a mix of war server and build server at the same time.
Players can team up in factions claim land and make alliances. You can try to rule with strategy defense or smart diplomacy. There is pvp but the server also really cares about making a beautiful world.
If you like building this server encourages detailed bases big community projects and cool architecture. If you are into redstone or planning giant towns there is space for that here.
The gameplay is modded but it still keeps the vanilla Minecraft feeling. There are extra features like voice chat biome improvements waystones and lifesteal to make things more interesting without turning it into a totally different game.

This is a full anarchy server with no rules at all.
You can do whatever you want. There are no limits and nobody will stop you. If you like chaos and you hate being told what to do this place is for you.
Everyone is on their own and nothing is protected. If you join here you should expect griefing stealing and random pvp all the time.
It is just pure Minecraft anarchy and that is the whole point.
