This is a Fabric server that runs Minecraft 1.21.1 and it uses the Origins Minus mod with Origins and Pehkui. You need those mods plus Fabric API to join so it is not vanilla at all.
The server feels pretty chaotic because griefing and stealing are allowed. There is combat log so fights can get kind of intense and people try to escape. It is not a peaceful place and you have to watch your stuff.
The End is closed right now and it will open later. They use the discord to say when the End will be available so people can get ready.

ShovelCraft is a semi vanilla SMP that is all about cooperation and long term play. It is focused on storytelling and a shared world instead of speed running to the end of the game.
The world has two big zones. In the Green Zone there is no pvp no stealing and no griefing. There are no generated structures there so people just build towns shops and cool lore stuff. In the Red Zone pvp is on and stealing is allowed and you can find normal vanilla structures. It is made for exploration and organized conflict but still no random griefing.
The End is disabled so there are no elytras and no shulker farms. People travel by land sea and Nether and it makes the world feel bigger and slower in a good way. The server is meant to last a long time with no planned resets.
The economy is based on diamonds. There is a team system where teams level up by using diamonds and unlock perks like extra warps shared storage and more member slots. There are seasonal competitions that give lore based rewards like armor trims and shulker boxes.
Gameplay is mostly vanilla with a few quality of life plugins like home tpa duel and shops. There are no pay to win donor perks and voice chat is optional. The server runs on Minecraft version 1.21.10.

LastStand is a semi hardcore Minecraft server where every life actually matters. If you die three times from anything at all you turn into a ghost for 24 hours because of a custom plugin. It feels way more intense than normal survival so even simple stuff like mining or building has a little extra thrill.

I found this server and it feels like a small Minecraft world that is growing really fast. The owner says they hit their peak player count in about three weeks which is actually crazy.
