This server is called The Coffee Pot and it feels like a small chill place for adult players who want to play together.
The main world is a survival multiplayer server with light plugins for land claiming and a simple economy. People are building their first bases and also farms and trading hubs so it feels like a fresh start.
There is also a creative server where you can claim a big area and build huge stuff or test ideas before you put them in survival.
If you like risk there is a hardcore server where if anyone dies the whole world gets deleted and restarted. So you really have to be careful and work together.
They also keep an old adventure style world from a past Bedrock realm. It is set to adventure mode and it is just there to explore and remember what players built before.
There is a modded server too. Right now it runs Cobblemon and they are waiting for an update to the Create mod before a full reset and opening. It is whitelisted so you have to be added first.
The server network supports both Java and Bedrock and it runs on version 1.21.1. There is a greylist so when you first join you need to link your account with their Discord bot before you can fully play. After that you can move between all the different servers and just hang out.

This is an anarchy server with a world that never resets so everything you do stays forever. It runs on Minecraft 1.21.11.
The server has custom plugins that try to make the gameplay feel more interesting. There are no details about rules so it really feels like a do what you want style server.
The host is located in Finland so it is really good for European players. The hardware is strong with a Xeon processor fast NVMe SSDs and a lot of DDR4 ECC RAM plus a 1 Gbit network. It looks like the owners care a lot about performance and stability.
If you want long term chaos and you like exploring builds from other players over a long time this server seems like a good place.

Luminary Falls is a Minecraft 1.21.10 SMP that is built for adults who want a chill and long term world. The community is 18 plus and whitelist only so people take it more seriously and respect each other. It has players from all over the world so there is usually someone online at any time.
The server is focused on survival and feels almost like vanilla. It uses some quality of life plugins and datapacks to make things smoother but it does not turn into pay to win or crazy modded stuff. The main world does not reset because they use separate resource worlds so big builds can last for years.
Both Java and Bedrock players can join because it supports crossplay. Non advantage client mods like Litematica Xaero’s Sodium and Dynamic Lights are allowed so players can improve performance or planning without cheating.

Ordinary SMP is a vanilla Java survival server that feels like a small and tight group of friends. The community is really active and players like to build and explore together and just hang out.
The server is always updated and right now it runs on version 1.21.11. It has grief protection with tools that let staff check what happened so builds and items stay safe from griefing or theft.
There is a live world map using BlueMap so you can see the world from your browser and find cool places. The server also has a custom audio system and simple voice chat so people can talk in game and make everything feel more immersive.
They run dragon fights where the dragon drops elytra and there is a custom resource pack with special cosmetics trophies and event rewards that match a HermitCraft style theme. Players can even suggest ideas for new custom items.

PurpleSMP is a small survival server that feels really calm and safe. It is made for people who just want to build and relax in newer versions of Minecraft without random players ruining everything.
This server is PvE focused and PvP is off by default. If you actually want to fight you can toggle PvP on for yourself with a command. There are land claims so you can protect your base and every block placed or broken is logged so griefers can be caught.
The server uses mcMMO so you get skills as you play and there are playervaults when your normal inventory is not enough. There is also a Bluemap so you can look at the world like a map in your browser.
Staff take cheating and rule breaking seriously. There is a strong anti cheat and when someone trips it staff get alerted right away and can check what is happening. Your inventory is backed up when you join or leave or die so staff can restore things if you lose items because someone broke the rules.
The world started as a friends only server and later opened to the public and the plan is to never reset. It is meant to be a forever world where your builds can stay for a long time.
