This server is a modded Europe map based around the year 1914. The whole thing is focused on nations and politics between players.
You make a nation with your friends and you need at least four players to count as a real nation. The server is run by player diplomacy so you have to talk to other nations to make deals or threaten war.
Players can form big organizations together like a world council if they want. You also have to manage your own faction and handle trade with others so it feels like running a real country.
The modpack uses stuff like TaCZ and airplanes and other tech so battles and wars feel more intense. The server opens soon and they are still letting people register nations so you can join in early and grab a spot.
The rules and play style are basically about nations making their own choices. You can make friends or declare war for gains and see how far your nation can go.

It tries to keep things feeling like real Vanilla Minecraft with very few changes. The world is huge with a 2 million block border and it does not do map resets.
You can play on Java from 1.7.2 up to 1.21.11 and it recommends 1.21.10 to avoid problems. The server is online all the time.
PvP and griefing are allowed and there is no pay to win. There is no teleporting and the only command allowed is spawn so people far out can get back. Nether roof is allowed phantoms are removed and only half the players are needed to skip the night.
