Loot is handled with Looter so loot feels client side instead of being only vaults. Chipped is also used so builders get way more block options.
The vibe is kind of anarchy but not full chaos. You cannot destroy important progression blocks like trial vaults and end portals. You also cannot raid people while they are offline.
