This server is called The Most Complete Bedrock Experience or TMCBE and it is built around a bunch of cool Bedrock addons.
When I joined I saw addons like Actions and Stuff Better on Bedrock Core Craft Realistic Biomes Essentials and Common Sense all running together. It feels like normal Minecraft but with way more things to do.
Better on Bedrock makes the game feel upgraded and even has an end update. Core Craft adds new dimensions bosses and quests so there is always some big challenge to go after. Realistic Biomes makes the world look and feel different kind of like shaders but without using real shaders.
Essentials gives you useful stuff like tree capacitor and vein miner so chopping trees and mining is faster and less annoying. Common Sense adds things that feel like they should already be in the game so the gameplay feels smoother and less dumb.
To get in you have to be whitelisted by adding Oliver on Facebook. Once you are in you can just hang out explore new dimensions fight bosses and chill with other players who like modded style Bedrock without it being super complicated.

PlatonicMC is a chill pve survival server where everyone can just build and relax. There is no pvp so you do not have to worry about getting randomly killed. The server is in beta and the owners seem to really care about feedback.
There is an economy with a global shop and also player shops. You can do jobs like mining farming and fishing to earn money. You can also vote every day to get cash diamonds and vote keys for crates.
The server has a custom world and a separate mining world for grabbing resources. There is rtp so you can teleport around and up to three personal warps so you can save your favorite spots. The worlds are pre generated so it is smoother and less laggy.
Your items are protected by graves when you die and you can claim land to stop griefing. There are private chests and special hoppers for nicer storage and automation. McMMO is on the server so you can level skills like mining and fishing.
You can get pets through their store and there are fun tags for your name. There are daily and playtime rewards and the community is described as active and friendly. The server supports both Java and Bedrock players and it is on version 1.21.10.

This is a small server where the owner is trying to find a group of around 5 to 40 players.
They want people who can send a quick description of their own server then talk more on discord with an invite code.
It feels like they are trying to build a small relaxed community and they want to keep it simple and direct.
If you like smaller servers and talking one on one this is probably the kind of place you would check out.

This is a Naruto style Minecraft server that uses the Rinnegan Naruto Mod Pack to feel like a real anime world. It is an SMP that plays like an RPG where you grind and grow stronger over time.
When you join you get to learn custom jutsus and use special mods made by the server team. You can unlock exclusive skins and cosmetics so your ninja looks different from everyone else.

This is a heavily modded Minecraft smp that is built around really hard monsters and serious fights. Mobs are not easy here and the world feels dangerous all the time.
The server uses a big modpack with around 200 mods. A lot of them are performance mods so it is not just random stuff thrown together. The main idea is to make combat and raids feel intense.
You can run raids with different difficulty levels. You can also build full armies using the hundred years warfare mod so fights feel like big battles instead of small skirmishes.
There are also chill things to do when you are not fighting. You can paint you can take photos and you can use radio style features for fun. So it is not only about grinding and dying to monsters.
Overall it feels like a hard but interesting smp for players who like tough mobs huge battles and a lot of mods without everything being a laggy mess.
