So What’s the Deal?

Classic. Nostalgic. Barebones. Prison.

Do you remember the old days of Prison Servers? Before OP Prison Servers? Back in 2014? Those were the days. Where not everyone had Diamond and Netherite armor and you actually had to grind? Where you had to PVP to survive? If you remember those days and you enjoyed the grind and community aspect of a Classic Prison Server, then you’re in the right place.

What makes this server different?

Become a Parolee and leave the prison – Build a farm to earn more money
Prestiges – Prestige to earn special rewards after you’ve hit top rank
Guards who will assist/protect new players and enforce contraband
Quests can be completed for extra cash or special items
Gangs – Join a gang and fight with rival gangs to be top dog in the prison
Swords and Potions are all illegal, and Guards will PVP you if they see you with them
The grind – You have to smelt your ores, and walk through PVP zones to sell them in the Commissary, no more instasell
Rent a prison cell, or a prison plot, to store your things, build, or create your own shop to sell to others
You start with basic tools and leather armor, you have to work for better gear
Solitary Confinement – you can get sent here by a Guard for disobeying them
Bounties – have an enemy? Just put a bounty on their head. Check the bounty poster board to see what bounties you can claim
Auction House – sell your items at auction
Parkour challenges and hidden Quests (coming soon) throughout the Prison
Multiple ways to Earn Money – Fishing, Farming, Mining

What’s a Guard?

Guards were once commonplace on Prison Servers. They bring a Roleplay aspect to the server and help maintain order in the prison. Guards will protect new players and will enforce the below prison rules:

PVP is not allowed
Swords are not allowed
Potions are not allowed
Bows are not allowed

Breaking these rules in front of a Guard will either result in them attempting to kill you or sending you to Solitary Confinement for 5 Minutes (If you run from them).

Cubed Chaos has taken a lot of notes from YouTube SMPs such as HermitCraft, in that it features a diamond economy, players have their own individual bases, but also should contribute to the market at spawn. We want to foster a community.

Rules

The Golden Rules… Don’t be a prick.
No Griefing. Pranks are fun, demolishing someone’s base is griefing.
No Thieving. Be in from killing a player, raiding bases etc. Insta Ban.
No exploitation of game glitches, for example; duping items of any method. Insta Ban (TNT Duping is on a permission basis for specific farms)
No use of abusing packs such as X-Ray. Client side mods such as Mini Map are welcome.
No Asking for Admin or Mod Permission. Insta Ban
Respect the shop system and the prices set by the shop owner. This will be treated as theft, see Rule #3.

YouTubers are a big bonus, but definitely not required.
