MinecraftOffline is an anarchy server on 1.21.11 where people can play rough and fight a lot.
It has simple commands for getting around like setting a home and using teleport requests to other players.
The big thing here is lifesteal. If you kill someone you gain hearts and if you die you lose hearts. If you run out of hearts you get banned. New players get a 1 hour grace period so they will not lose hearts.
PvP is taken serious because commands get blocked during fights and combat logging is punished. If someone logs out in combat they get replaced by an NPC that can be killed and it drops all their items.
There is also some protection against extreme speed cheats and the chat has anti spam. You can vote skip the night with a command and there is a shop where vote tokens can buy custom name colours and custom MOTDs.
