Arcadia is a long running semi vanilla, semi anarchy survival server focused on a barebones experience. The world runs on a fresh 1.19 map and aims to feel as close to normal survival as possible while still offering a few helpful features. Players have access to teleport commands and home setting to make travel easier, along with some light quality of life plugins that do not change the core gameplay. There is no land claiming and no grief prevention outside of the spawn area, so players are encouraged to keep their bases hidden and far away. The server allows full PvP and raiding, but hacking and cheats are not allowed. The world has a large border and runs from a North America East location for good performance and stability.

I found this Minecraft server called TryToChill Network and it looks pretty fun. It is a Java server and it works from version 1.7.2 all the way up to 1.21.11 so most players can join without changing much.

This is a chill vanilla plus SMP that uses Origins and a few other mods. It started as a small friend group server and now it is growing into a more established community.
The world runs in long seasons so players have time to actually build bases and try out different origins. There are server events and polls so the community can help decide what happens next.

LegionCraft is a OneBlock survival server where you start on a tiny island and slowly build it up. Every block you break matters and you grind your way to a bigger and stronger island.
The server has bosses that are actually challenging. When you beat them they can drop keys that you use to open crates. The crates give epic gear and other rewards so fighting bosses is a big part of the game.
There are chunk hoppers that help you automate your island so it feels really satisfying when your farms and grinders start working on their own. You just keep expanding your OneBlock island and try to make it the best.
The server says it is not pay to win so the focus is on playing the game and earning stuff instead of buying it. If you want to build grind fight bosses and loot crates this server is all about that.
