I found LegacyMC and it is a vanilla anarchy survival server that tries to keep everything raw and open. There are no rules and it is a true open world where players decide what happens.
It started in June 2025 so the world is still new enough for people to make a name for themselves. There are no resets and there is no land protection so building and losing bases is part of the deal.
PvP is on and griefing and raiding are allowed. There is no teleporting and no admin interference so you have to travel and survive the normal way.
It is hosted on dedicated hardware in Australia for low latency for Australia and New Zealand players. It also says it is cost covered with no monetisation and no pay to win.

3b3tpe is a survival server where everyone is on their own and the whole point is no rules and no bans. It tries to stay as close to vanilla as possible so the world feels raw and dangerous.
Java and Bedrock players can play together and PvP is always on. The server uses 1.7 PvP so fights feel more old school.
There are no homes and no TPA so you have to travel the hard way and nothing protects you. The world never resets and progress is earned through survival.
It launched on June 25 2025 and it is updated to 1.21.11 with players able to join on 1.21.111 and up.

I found a chill whitelisted vanilla survival server for 1.21.3 with a small community vibe. It stays mostly vanilla and it has a few tiny qol plugins.
The rules are light and the mood is relaxed. You can build explore and just hang out. Griefing builds is not allowed but PvP is fair game.
The world border is set to 10k for now. All ages are welcome and the server is hosted in Germany. New features might get added if the community asks for them.

FabricCraft is a survival server that sticks to real vanilla mechanics because it runs on Fabric. It feels like the kind of world where your farms and redstone actually work the way you planned.
It is semi anarchy so you get a lot of freedom with only a few rules. There are no land claims and there are no world resets so the map stays persistent and the story is made by players through alliances trade rivalries and raids.
Hacked clients and mods that give an advantage are not allowed. There is also a simple voice chat mod you can use.
Griefing is banned within 1k of spawn and it is handled by active moderation instead of claims.
There is also a creative world with no plots and no limits on how much space you can use. A lot of players use it to test builds before bringing them into survival.

I found Jonarchy and it is a survival anarchy server with no rules vibes. It is free to play and it works on Java and Bedrock and even Eaglercraft too.
People say there are no long player queues and no admin abuse. It also supports a huge range of versions from 1.5.2 up to modern versions so a lot of players can join.
