This is a brand new Minecraft SMP that is starting from day one so everyone can grow together from the beginning.
The server has teams and an economy so you can work with other players and trade stuff. There are auctions so you can sell your gear and fight for good deals. It also uses proximity chat so you actually talk to people who are near you in game which makes it feel more real.

SmokeyMC is a towny style SMP where you can start your own town or join someone elses town. Some towns are peaceful and chill and some towns like to go to war so you can pick what you want.
The server has playtime based ranks and jobs so you feel like you are always progressing. There is MCMMO too so your skills level up while you play and it makes basic stuff feel way cooler.
The world has custom terrain and there are extra worlds like resource and flat worlds plus you can use rtp to find spots. There is an online map so you can see towns and battles happening across the world.
You can cross play on Java and Bedrock and the server runs Minecraft version 1.21.10. It is made to be lag free so big towns and fights do not ruin the server.
There is optional voice chat on Discord if you want to talk and they do fun monthly events so the server does not get boring.

Turnabout is a semi vanilla survival server that is made for players who want to chill and make friends while they play. It is a whitelisted Java server for people who are 18 or older so the community feels more mature and relaxed.
The server is in season 2 right now with a fresh world that started about a month ago. New players and old players can explore and build together without feeling super far behind.
The main focus here is the community. There are lots of friendly people from all over the world so there is almost always someone online to talk to or play with. The server is also very inclusive and it is an LGBTQ+ space where everyone is welcome. Hate toward any group is not allowed at all.

CozyOrigins SMP is a new Minecraft survival server that feels like a chill place to hang out and play. It runs on version 1.21 and works for both Java and Bedrock so a lot of different players can join.

MinedHype is a public survival SMP that has been running for years and it feels really stable and long term. It is mostly vanilla Minecraft and it is on version 1.21.10 so it feels up to date.
There is no whitelist and no pay to win stuff so everyone starts the same. There is also no money plugin so trading and shops feel more natural. You can claim land for grief protection and the server uses CoreProtect so they can check what happened if something goes wrong. Grief is allowed only if a place is not claimed so if you protect your base you should be safe.
The world is huge and there is no world border. The overworld and nether are long term and not planned to reset so you can build big projects without worrying they will get wiped. New players get spawned randomly in a big area and you can also use rtp to teleport far away and then set your home in a comfy spot.
There is a web map so you can see the world from your browser. There is also a public shopping district and anyone can try to get a shop there by using the in game command. The server runs free events with prizes so players have stuff to do together.
Chat reports are disabled and the same owner has run the server for about six years with a lot of unique players so it feels like a steady and chill community SMP.
