10b10t is an anarchy Minecraft server where there are no gameplay rules and no resets. Nobody tells you how to play and nothing is locked behind money since there is no store and no ranks.
On this server PvP is allowed and griefing is allowed and duping is allowed. Bases can get found and wiped and that is just part of life here.
The server is built on newer tech and it runs with a high render distance at 32 chunks. It also uses a bunch of async and multithreaded stuff so it does not fall over when people actually do things.
The owner says they are slowly building bigger systems like small events and dupe related mechanics and long term stuff plus custom vanilla like enchants. It is not meant to force anyone and if something ends up being bad it gets scrapped.
If you want pure vanilla anarchy this might not be it. If you want anarchy that does not act like it is stuck in 2016 then it could be worth trying.

There are two main modes right now. The Creative Plots mode gives you huge 512×512 plots with free WorldEdit and only small limits on blocks and command setups. It also includes a head database and armor stand tools so you can customize builds and decorations a lot.
The Earth mode is Towny on a 1 to 500 scale Earth map. You can start towns to claim land then use the in game economy to keep your place running.
