A brand new towny server based on the Earth map, made to be the ultimate towny experience.
At Okean, we’ve revamped Minecraft’s progression with hundreds of custom items seamlessly blended into the vanilla experience. We focus on keeping the server vanilla-styled, and custom items, while fixing the progression system, will not make you feel like you’re playing another game.

Okean uses siege war, but aside from conflicts, we also focus on:

🏛️ Town-building, with strong incentives for towns to thrive; every week, there are building awards.

💰 Trading: Our economy is almost entirely player-driven.

⛵ Exploration: Some resources are only available in certain parts of the world.

🌲 Survival: Nature in Okean has become mighty; be aware of harsh winters and pillager raids in your town.

🕯️ Religion: Okean introduces a system of faiths, you can chose what god to worship and each god will give you certain blessings or curses!

    I found this semi vanilla SMP where the main idea is community and building while still feeling like real survival.

    It has a diamond based economy so people trade with diamonds and set up player shops. There is also a shops menu so you can browse stores fast or make your own.

    You can protect your builds with land claiming using golden shovels. The server is PvE focused with no griefing and there is no keep inventory.

    It supports Java and Bedrock crossplay so more friends can join. There is a live world map you can check in your browser and separate resource worlds so the main world stays clean.

    They run weekly events and have ranks plus vote rewards that give you perks just for playing.

    Origin SMP is a survival multiplayer server with a new season started and it runs on 1.21 for Java and Bedrock.

    It is story driven and it feels more serious than pure anarchy. The big thing is the tier system with PvP progression. You can gain tiers by killing players and you lose tiers when you die so fights actually matter.

    It also has proximity voice chat so you can talk to people right in game. There are no land claims so the world is shaped by trust and politics.

    The map is finite at 2500 by 2500 blocks so you run into people a lot. It is semi anarchy so anarchy is allowed but random griefing with no story or purpose can get rolled back to protect long term SMP stuff. The community is friendly and active daily.

    Legendary Hardcore is a hardcore SMP where death means you are out for good. There are no map resets and there are no revives so every risk feels serious. A lot of players have joined over its first year and tons have died trying to survive.

    It stays completely vanilla but uses plugins to make hardcore more interesting. You can get player heads and you can access dead players ender chests. It also has Simple Voicechat and advanced player statistic tracking plus more.

    The world feels like a real story because everything is player led and not scripted. People make bases and alliances then it all can fall apart when someone dies. There is even a player maintained wiki that tracks the history and a page for every player who joined lived and died.

    They also have an interactive map of the spawn region that shows changes over time. It supports 1.21.11 on Java Edition and Bedrock Edition.

    Realm of Thrones is a small crossplay SMP where players build kingdoms and try to grow into the strongest empire.

    People can choose to fight and conquer or stay peaceful and trade with other nations. Alliances matter and you can plan your kingdom like a real strategy game.

    There is an economy with in game money and play time ranks. As you rise you get more access and prestige.

    You can also use configurable tech components to make factories and become a big industry player.

    The server has lots of quality of life stuff so it stays fun. You can catch and sell legendary fish. Try your luck with crates. Use the server shop or make your own shop. Take jobs to get paid for playing and level them up. You can level up McMMO too. They also just launched around 25 quests as a new test and more is planned later.
