The main rank path goes from A to H then Parole. After you rank up you can prestige and you get to pick how you keep progressing. You can stick to the normal mining grind where you smelt ores yourself and you have to risk pvp zones to sell.
There are other paths too like a custom fishing system that can make good money per hour. There is also a mob arena with waves and boss fights where groups can earn rewards plus money and shards.
