Java Survival SMP Server

Java Survival is a multiplayer server dedicated to providing a legitimate Minecraft experience. Every block you see has been mined and placed by hand! Moderators and admins play the game just like everyone else: you’ll never see them using commands for personal gain!

We don’t use the same old plugins you’re tired of seeing such as Essentials or GriefPrevention. We’ve got our own custom plugins for basic commands and land protections, so we’ve got our own unique feel.

   - Generally, we recommend playing without mods to maintain a fair and equal experience for all players. However, some mods may be allowed, but please check with an admin first.

2. **How do I report a player for breaking the rules?**
   - You can report a player by sending a private message to a moderator or admin on the server or contacting them through Discord.

3. **Are there any restrictions on building structures?**
   - While we allow creative freedom in building, we ask that players respect others' property and not build too close to someone else's structures without permission.

4. **Can I invite my friends to join the server?**
   - Absolutely! We welcome new players and encourage you to invite your friends to join the community. Just make sure they follow the server rules too.

5. **Is PvP allowed on the server?**
   - Yes, PvP is allowed, but we request that players engage in fair and friendly combat. Harassment or excessive PvP may result in disciplinary action.

6. **How often is the server backed up?**
   - The server is regularly backed up to prevent data loss. However, we recommend you also back up your own builds and valuable items just to be safe.

    AeternalCiv Geopolitical Nations Build Your Legacy

    AeternalCiv is a geopolitical civilization building server where you can choose your own path. You can be a citizen or a king or queen or just a hermit doing your own thing.

    It has reinforcement with Citadel and it uses Snitchmod so claims and security matter a lot. There is Slimefun for extra crafting and tech stuff. Movecraft is here so you can build vehicles and use them.

    There are Origins and RPG style mechanics with ValhallaMMO plus Levelled Mobs. You also get Seasons and Brewery and custom recipes. The server is still in active development so expect new mechanics and changes as it grows.

    Hermitcraft Style SMP With Proximity Chat

    This is a community centered SMP that feels like a Hermitcraft style world. It is made by the players for the players and they try to keep the vanilla experience while still adding small extras when the community wants it.

    There is a diamond based economy with a shopping district and also public builds and projects. A lot of people use proximity chat so it feels more social while you play.

    You can set homes and there are some cosmetic and quality of life plugins. New stuff gets added from community requests and polls.

    It is Minecraft 1.21.11 on Java only. The server is whitelisted and it is 18 plus only. You will usually see around 5 to 20 people online and there are groups that are looking for new members.

    Towny USA Map SMP Economy Server

    I found a Java SMP server that is based on Towny and it has an economy. The whole world is a custom United States map at 1 to 125 scale so traveling and picking a spot feels cool.

    It is small but super active and it can hit around 40 players when it is busy with a 60 player cap. A lot of the mountains are still empty so there is tons of room to start a town and build it up.

    There are different nations you can join and there are lots of places to choose from like Cascadia the desert Appalachia and the Great Lakes. The mods are really responsive to suggestions and feedback.

    The nether just reset and the currency is gold so it feels like a good time to jump in. It runs on 1.21.7 or above and there is a live map you can use too.

    The Anchor is a long term Java Survival server that tries to feel like a real home. The big idea is that you can leave for a while and still come back and feel welcome. It is meant to stay familiar so your world does not feel like it disappears.

    The server stays close to vanilla survival. There are no resets and nothing that changes the core survival features. Ranks are based on playtime so it is about sticking around instead of finding some weird money farm trick.

    The economy is made by the players and there is also an Admin Shop that changes sometimes to help move things along. The owner talks a lot about building around the players who spend the most time on the server and using their feedback to grow it over time.

    PeaSMP Semi Vanilla Survival Done Right

    PeaSMP is a semi vanilla survival server that tries to keep Minecraft feeling normal. There is no teleport stuff and there are no land claims. You can just explore and build without the world feeling modded up.

    It still has a few small extras for fun like wearing blocks as hats and sitting on slabs or stairs. You can also make teams with friends. The server is whitelisted so you have to apply in Discord first and that helps keep trolls out.

    PvP is on but it is not the main focus and it does not happen much. New players get one hour of PvP protection. Elytras are disabled in combat and if you PvP log you die. You can loot enemy bodies.

    The rules are simple. No hacks or exploits and no harassment. Griefing and stealing are not allowed even though PvP is allowed. Destructive PvP is banned so stuff like TNT minecarts beds end crystals and respawn anchors cannot be used that way.

    It supports both Java and Bedrock and works across versions 1.7x to 1.21.11. Staff is active daily and plays like everyone else.
